Chocolate Dipping Amounts
Following is a guideline on the amount of chocolate needed for dipping candy centers that are approximately 3/4 inch in size. The chocolate can be any chocolate flavored compound coatings (candy wafers), or chocolate squares, blocks or chips. The chocolate will need to be prepared for dipping or tempered.
