Cream Cheese Crust
Yield
1 9" pie crust
Ingredients
1 (4 ounce) package cream cheese, room temperature
1/2 cup butter or margarine, room temperature
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
Directions
Preheat oven to 350°F.
In a medium mixing bowl, combine cream cheese and butter together. Mix well. Using a fork, gradually stir in flour. Roll out on a lightly floured surface or between 2 sheets of waxed paper. Transfer to a pie plate. Pressing firmly against bottom and sides. Trim crust to 1/2" from edge of pan. Crimp or flute edge. prick with a fork to prevent shrinkage. Bake for about 12 to 15 minutes or until golden brown.
