Lime Icing

Ingredients

3/4 cup confectioners’ (powdered) sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons lime juice
2 to 3 teaspoons milk
green food coloring (optional)
green sprinkles (optional)

Directions

Stir together powdered sugar, lime juice and milk to make a drizzling consistency. Tint with green food coloring. Drizzle cookies with icing and let stand 20 minutes or until set, or dip cookies in icing and top with green sprinkles.
