Creamy Lemon Glaze

Ingredients

2 tablespoons butter or margarine, room temperature
1 cup confectioners’ (powdered) sugar
2 teaspoons lemon juice
1 tablespoon hot water
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions

In a medium mixing bowl, combine butter, sugar, juice, water and vanilla. Mix well. Pour over hot cake.
