Pineapple Filling
Yield
2 2/3 cups
Ingredients
3 tablespoon all-purpose flour
20 ounces crushed pineapple undrained
1/2 cup granulated sugar
2 tablespoon butter or margarine
Directions
Combine flour and sugar in a small saucepan, add pineapple and butter. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until thickened. Cover. Cool to room temperature.
