Ganache Filling
Ingredients
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/4 cup sour cream
9 ounce semisweet chocolate, finely chopped
Directions
Bring cream to a simmer. Remove from heat and stir in the sour cream. Pour the mixture over the chocolate in a glass bowl. Stir until smooth.
