White Chocolate and Macadamia Nut Fudge

2 1/4 pounds
Ingredients
1 3/4 cups granulated sugar
1 (7 ounce) jar marshmallow creme
3/4 cup evaporated milk
1/4 cup butter
1 (12 ounce) package white chocolate chips
1 cup coarsely chopped macadamia nuts
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
Directions
Line an 8" x 8" baking pan with aluminum foil, extending foil at least 2" over ends of pan. Set aside.
In a heavy 3 quart saucepan, combine sugar, marshmallow creme, evaporated milk and butter and cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture comes to a full rolling boil. Boil, stirring constantly, for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in chocolate chips, vanilla and nuts, stirring until chips are melted. Pour into prepared pan.
Cool until set. Using the extended edges, lift fudge from pan. Place on cutting board. Peel off foil. Cut into squares.
Storage
Store covered in cool, dry place.
