Chocolate Peanut Butter Chip Fudge
Yield
3 dozen pieces or about 2 pounds
Ingredients
1 (12 ounce) package (2 cups) semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
dash salt
1 cup peanut butter chips
Directions
Line an 8" x 8" baking pan with aluminum foil, extending foil at least 2" over ends of pan. Set aside.
In a heavy saucepan combine chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, vanilla and salt. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until chips are melted and mixture is smooth.
Remove from heat. Add peanut butter chips. Stir quickly just to distribute chips throughout mixture. Spread evenly into prepared pan.
Refrigerate 2 hours or until firm. Using the extended edges, lift fudge from pan. Place on cutting board. Peel off foil. Cut into squares.
Storage
Store tightly covered in refrigerator.
