Crispy Peanut Butter Balls

Ingredients

2 cups crunchy peanut butter
1/2 cup butter or margarine
1 pound confectioners’ (powdered) sugar
3 cups crisp rice cereal
dipping chocolate

Directions

In a large mixing bowl, combine peanut butter, butter and sugar. Blend well. Add cereal and blend into peanut butter mixture. Form into 3/4 inch balls and dip in dipping chocolate.
