The Village
Buildings that are part of the Village area include: Logan County Courthouse,

Greenfield Village has been laid out similar to a small New England community with a large open field, called the
Village Green, at its center. A chapel, an inn, a courthouse, a general store, a school, a doctor’s office, and a
town hall surround the Village Green. Village activities are held in the Village Green. There you will be able to play
with hoops, wooden stilts and play other activities of the past. Bands and military marches are also performed in this area.
